The mod that is usually on right now is ibullet but he is dealing with some very bad spammers so he is pre occupied at the moment. I believe if you want to be verified or stickied you have to get confirmed by an admin. Good luck contacting them, there is like 3 of them and they are very busy. A guy named The Kush has the same files you do 10mil per kill and score and he runs lobbies allllll day and he cant even get stickied. Very legit though.
