Qell ive seen people with red dots with like two different kinds of blue sights and i wana know how to get these?

if you mean the red dot is changed to something blue it's called reticle and it is in your class under camo idr what level it's unlocked at though.

You need to be level 25 FYI and when you click on the gun you want it should go attachments Camo's Reticale Reticle Color lences Hope i helped
