Everything has to be encrypted except for KV's and on the rebooter page it says
"Stay the hell off of live, we're not your mom"
So, yeah.

I wouldnt be suprised if they put a live check due to the fact that the makers of freeboot were mad about everyone making profit off of what they did. They promise to release "free"boot free of charge, but if they put this live check in they would be holding up to what they do but no one would be able to make profit anymore.

it wouldn't surprise me. If I made freeboot I would be upset about all the profit made off of my work and yet no donations.
