Can someone tell me how to boost on domination?

You get 12 players (2 teams of 6) Then half of them join a domination lobby and they invite the other 6 players and then they all run the B Flag in the middle (don't capture any other flags) and then each time takes turns at capturing the B flag over and over until the end of the match. You get lots of points but make sure you don't get any randomers in the lobby because they might report you via Theater mode.
