You can open the tamper proof screws with a flathead screwdriver, it breaks the pin in the screw so you can open it with a normal Torx T8.

Umm you may want to check a store like ACE hardware or even some of the electronic repair stores. I know a friend picked one up from a computer repair store. The LEDS you can get from radio shack but they will have to order then as most stores do not keep them in stock and if they say they cant order them tell them to look in their books as i have bought LEDS from them before.

you dont need a torx. just small screwdrivers and leds you can buy on ebay. theres 10 in a pack for $1

I Would go to Ebay for all the Xbox stuff.
