Can I just hook my JTAG up to my retail directly from one another with an Ethernet cord?

what i do to system link is i need both consoles connected to router, it cant be connected to eachother directly. I know that the reg console can be connected wirelessly or wiredbut ive never tried wireless for jtag. then go to system link put xbox live unlocks on and u can rank urself up on line.

this helped the problem i was having, i linked both xbox and jtag together and couldnt figure out why it only prestiged in system link and not online. thank you

yes, but for some reason it wouldnt unlock for me online. but i wasnt connecting my jtag to the router. "Jtag noob" lol
