Alright guys. I have horrible dazzle dvc 100 quality. This is the white one of course. I have Sony Vegas. 9. Ive looked at all the tutorials and such but just cant get it synced or just looks like crap. If you have anyy suggestions please comment. The cables I use ATM is just the HD cable that you can use to set it up to tv. but you cant play in HD of course. Anyways heres my quality.

Alright if you want to get better quality its your software. What you want to use is Total Media Extreme this software is used for HD Pvr's they also work with Dazzles. They record with no lag and MPEG-2 Quality.

Umm Did you render it into hd with sony vegas9?
And when you are using pinnacle make sure you chooose best quality.
