so i decided to change my gamer tag to Xbox Support last night for a laugh i joined a few free for all games and it was awsome no swearing no boosting everyone was silent then i got a msg asking if i really work for XBL lol i said yeah and played along with it.
left that game then joined my cousin in a hardcore SnD it was so funny everyone was like wow a guy from xbox is here lol loads of people kept backing out of the game hmmmmm it was really funny

i joined a infected game (not intentional) it was a speed one
as soon as i got into the game someone shouted oh SH*T a guy from xbox is in here. so i jumped on the mic and said everyone in this room is going to get banned for playing in a hacked server everyone dashed to turn off their consol's.

about twenty minutes later in a different game i got a couple of Voice PM's all from some kid from the infected match so i played it. hmmm its a woman voice saying and i quote "hi there i am robert's mother he has come running downstairs crying because you said you was going to ban him for being in a hacked game" MSG number 2 "i can assure you Robert is not a hacker he is only 10 years old he joined a game and it was like that already" MSG 3 " we have spoken to Robert regarding these hacked games and decided to monitor his gameplay his xbox is now in the living room (i could hear him in the background telling her what to say lol and snuffling from crying) Robert stop"
OMFG how funny was this lol i didnt reply or anything the poor poor kid now has to sit in his living room whilst his parents watch him play hahahahhahahahaha
i dont even think they realised the name on the account when they was sending the msgs to me as it comes up with my original gamertag hahahahahahhahaha
