Its On Your Avatar & Sig?

Well Anyway Here It Goes :

Add A New Layer..

Put a White Gradient On It.

Put It To The Left Of The Text.. ( Not On The Text Layer )

Then Right Click On THe "Gradient Layer" And Select " Add Cliping Mask"
It Should Now Blend Into The Text..
So Now Open Animation And Drag The White Gradient Across The Text (:
