step1.make sure u have kinect dash already installed
step2.download this file.....http://www.megaupload.com/?d=O1SIDJT1
step3.get folders ($systemupdate,and dashlauncher installer)
step4.put in the root of the usb flash drive
step5.run xexloader and run default xex from dashlauncher installer update and install
step6.reboot xbox360 jtag and play any game this worked for me but makesure u have nxe2god
