If you don't turn on the power, he doesn't appear.

Zombies Die after a bit,
Doctor doesnt die unless he retreives all players in games guns or you kill him obv,
Doctor doesnt come without power on(Requires teleporters)

Therefor, If he was in game w/ ppl they left, never turned power on, got in glitch left console on, high round possibility, probs not in 1000 though

I can forget the leaderboards because i got reset. However, im a newbie to droids and can figure out how to put it on the site......i believe im just going to put it on my computer then upload it.......and people need to get over the doctor thing, the power has to be on for the doctor to even appear, i DID NOT have the power on!!!!
