If it's on nxe dash, it's not jtag-able anymore.

if it wasnt jtagable before then it will never be jtagable if its not jtagable it means you updated past the august 2009 update which means the efuzes necessary for the jtag exploit were blown by the update so if your on 9199 it is not jtagable and never will be jtagable there might be a new exploit found in the future but i doubt it
