ok , so i here theres a private match glitch and you can get xp from it ..
If anybdy knows how to do this comment below ..

1.get in a party you and one more pearson.
2.after that switch lobbies and go to wager match then swithch it again to private.
3.the when your in a private match click the domination gamemod in private match and go to nuketown.
4.start the match thenthe guy who is not the host has to get the first kill .after that when he got the kill the host has to kill him.
5.wait 8 seconds then end it.
6.end the party dont press nothing when you end it.
7.make the other guy incite you then make him start it up it should work

my friend was level 20, he got to 27, then it deranked him to 20,
i was 40, got to 43, then it deranked me back to 40.

my other friends didnt get deranked.

i think the host has to quit first then let the host migrate to one another. then you can quit, then to keep your rank you need to get in a xbox live game, get a kill and it will stick.
