Well im just wondering if jtags are illegal/Id Get It

i think there only illegal if you download games to a xex loader?

Jtags are not illegal because there is nothing that says they are illegal.

BUT, they ARE against Microsoft Terms of Service, which technically isn't illegal, its just a ban-able offense.

EDIT: It IS illegal to download games (ISOs) and play them on a flashed xbox or a jtag.

Yes they are illegal. it is breaking code of conduct and breaking a code of conduct is against the law!! so yes they are! but who gives a FUC*!

You are allowed to download and play them as long as you can show proof that you own an original copy.

jw so shouldnt we able to play online with them if we have are own disc and dont mod the game??
