yeah i think if u get enough filed complaints and they look into your stuff and u use it alot then they can but again huighly not possible. Just what ive heard.

I used to lagswitch all the time and never got caught , from the release of GOW1 been lagging my ass off until now

well its yes and no. they really cant prove if u got a lag switch but it is agiast the rules

No you cannot get banned for using a lag switch i have use 1 for over 3 years now
So the answer is no so aslong as you keep quiet about it over xbl
