So I was on the xbox.com forums and found this

ummm yeah you must have an idea what that emblem is....

I always ignore offensive emblems such as a horse making love to a pig or something innocent like that. But an emblem like that is just bad. I'm not even american and id still kinda be offended by that.

Because tons of people died and what if it was someone in my family who died in that building? id be p!ssed seeing someone think the 911 is a joke. I think that's the only type of emblem id report, and i hate reporting people but anyone who uses this emblem should be perma banned.

I agree.. I'm from America and I wish I knew that persons gt to report them 1000000000000000000000 and 2 times.
