When I do that it says

Is your TV cables turned on HD or TV? They have to be on TV

You must be playing on an HD TV for your capture card to record. Set your AV Cable for your Xbox to Standard Def and then it should work.

Play Standard Definition. Make Shure the Switch on Your Av Cables is Set to SD Not HD And If It Wont Recognize On Your Pc Make Shure You Have All the Drivers installed Properly.

It is in standard definition, I use splitters, the drivers are up to date and everything. This is annoying!

Problem still lies. Pinnacle says it doesn't detect a valid input source, Debut says my DVC100 is not present, and Dell Webcam Central won't open it.
