Look...Here are the correct answers for you..

It can be a bad flash or usb ports have a bent pin touching/making contact/causing short..

Check the power brick and see if the led changes when you try to power the console up..

If it changes to red, very bad short in console..If nothing changes, it's simiple...Bad Flash..Needs Reflashed..
