Civil war? North Korea and South Korea are 2 different countries. Also America is friends with South Korea but we do not like North Korea because they are crazy bastards and will blow us all to shit with the whole 1 nuke they do have. So if they try to blow the US up then we launch about 5 nukes back and they are wiped off the map. Problem solved but we have a Nuclear Winter .
