Well I've decided to build my first PC and so far I have these components picked out:
Case: COOLER MASTER RC-692-KKN2 CM690 II Advanced Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Mobo: ASUS M4A88TD-V EVO/USB3 AM3 AMD 880G SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 HDMI ATX AMD Motherboard

CPU: AMD Phenom II X3 740 Black Edition Heka 3.0GHz Socket AM3 95W Triple-Core

Video card: ASUS ENGTX460 DirectCU/2DI/1GD5 GeForce GTX 460 (Fermi) 1GB 256-bit GDDR5

PSU: hec X-Power Pro 650 650W

Memory: Crucial 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10600) Dual Channel Kit

HDD: Western Digital Caviar Blue WD6400AAKS 640GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5"
Link: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Disk Drive: ASUS DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS Black SATA 24X DVD Burner - Bulk - OEM

Now this is my first ever build and I know jack shit about computers. I've looked up information on how to build them and how to know if parts are compatible. However I'd like someone to look this over and give me any tips or things I should change. Btw I'm not sure how to determine what size PSU is needed so would 650W be plenty?
Thanks

The power supply looks like it should be able to run it, generally to find the needed power supply you look at the graphics card, i couldn't find it on newegg so i googled the card and saw that it needed a minimum of a 450 so it should work. Here is the site i found it at just in case you're interested [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

No problem and also I noticed that the processor doesn't come with a fan you might want to look for a processor fan and get one of those one you order all of it.

Ya I had noticed that earlier so I decided on [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] it should get the job done I think. I also switched the video cards but that website you showed me had the the new video card and it ran with 450w also.
EDIT: I also think I need to get 2 SATA cables since the HDD is bare and the Disc Drive is OEM and doesnt come with anything. Are there any other tools I may need besides some thermal paste and anti-static strap?
