No there is no risk in seeling. the only way to no if its jtagged is to open it up. I have sold a few, no risk if you ask me.

yes it is and paypal does not like it and ebay does not allow it but it still happens and i dont think anyone has gotten arrested

Its no the fact about being arrested, its just that my bro doesnt want MS and Paypal and the IRS to be on his ass bc he is in school for Network Management and is in the MS Network Academy. So he doesnt want to take a risk, bc MS can make examples of people just like Limewire does.
But im gonna do it anyway. Only a few on paypal. and the rest in cash or money order. I might just have too sell local, unless there are people who want to send me cash =p or money order or check.

Its really only illegal to Microsoft and Xbox LIVE team but other then that its legal I guess.
