ive already seen people get 3 killstreaks in just ONE care package is there a glitch going around?

nope, you have to get hard line pro

and then set your killstreaks to

sam turret, carepackage, sentry gun

this will give you 3 packages, and you can change the contents of all 3 using hard line pro
