No you cant, I got to level 50 cos i was guna try the prestige glitch, but then found out it drops you back to level 1 no prestige..
when you get to level 50 on combat training the prestige option is locked and says "not applicable in combat training" I dont know if there is a glitch or some way to get around it though

i just did prestige glitch on it took me to level 1 1st prestige : D
