IN REGARD TO ALOT OF THE RESPONSES: The large recticle dot hits everything in it's area - for example if you have the large dot slightly over someones arm it will hit them.... With the default smaller dot you would have missed. This makes it more effective and ditches your need for steady aim and grip. Thanks.

Using a recticle doesn't increase you hip-fire accuracy.

You're also saying to remove grip, it doesn't help either. All it does is reduces recoil.
