I launched several investigations into this using my connections with INTERPOL. It turns out that Speed is a criminal mastermind. He is using his cover as a mild mannered High School student in Arizona to operate his vast illegal empire. I have documents and evidence that name him as the head of a HUGE criminal organization. He deals in everything from Camel theft to License Plate forgery to counterfeit Playboy magazines. Beware of Speed, he is a powerful force in the underworld. The guys driving the truck were some of his henchmen.
