My friend updated his 9199 to 12611 in a wrong way. What he did is : Inject other Xbox KV into the working JTAG and reflash with xellous. His Xbox is now having christmas lights, but can boot into Xellous.

He does not have a NAND backup and does not have a KV backup

I help him to recover but failed.
What I did :

1. Recover CPU Key
2. Dump his faulty NAND
3. Open his faulty NAND using Flash360, extract his KV_dec.bin
4. Dump his DVD key (physically - not from Xellous screen)
5. Open a gamesaves, and found its console ID
6. Open KV Editor 0.1b, edit its KV so it matches its serial number, date, DVD key, OSIG, Manufacture Date, Region, and save as decrypted
7. Open the faulty NAND with Flash360, import KV decrypted and save the file
8. Make new Freeboot image with the file saved from 360 Flash Tool.
9. Reflash to his Xbox
10. Chrismas lights again..

I know Freeboot 0.04 not support KV swapping..
Any trick to solve this?

Thanks
Thanks

If you can't flash the KV try using nand x clamps or something like that.
They cost like $62

I have LPC-H2148
The only thing that matter is, he lost his KV and NAND. No track of it.

As I said, I can dump via :

1. LPC-H2148
2. Xellous

But..it has the wrong KV...
DVD key is stated wrong a.k.a different inside Xellous when compared with the dummy.bin or key.bin from the DVD.
Region is also wrong, MFR is also wrong, console ID is also wrong, Serial is also wrong..
