U should defanitlget it jailbrolen it like a different world when u jailbreak u can add tweaks to Ur iPod or iPhone to make them do stuff you would not be able to do with a normal boring iPod or iPhone.

If you decide to jailbreak your iphone/ipod definatly look up the hackulo source for downloading cracked apps for free. Also there is app sync which syncs the apps to your itunes, however when syncing with your jailbroken device make sure that you click file on itunes then transfer purchases which syncs the cracked apps then if you decide jailbreaking is not for you then just sync then restore your jailbroken device which will reset it to default and you wil have to cracked apps
