Umm,
Not too sure who gave you advice to come on here and look for a sponsor for your gameplay, but whoever did was pretty dumb.
I am not an expert on the subject but from what I understand the best way to get paid to play black ops is through having a popular channel on YouTube with lots of subscribers. From this you begin to get paid everytime someone watches your video (I'm not too sure of the exact money but it will literally be pennies if not less). From there you start to get paid and you may be asked (eventually) to become a director for people like machinima respawn.
You have about 20 vidoes on your channel which have been watched less than a thousand times People who are making money from black ops videos have hundreds if not thousands of top quality clips. They have hundreds of thousands of subscribers and there vidoes are a lot better than yours.
I'm not trying to be nasty, your videos are good but there are already thousands of people out there providing better videos. The videos are also just you literally playing the game. All the vids on places like respawn have the video makers talking through their vidoes and it's their humour/ how they explaing their gameplay that people like.
As an example Wings of Redemption (plays as unlimitedUAV check him out on youtube certainly not the worlds best director but I will use him as an example as I have watched him for over a year) started becoming popular on youtube about a year ago. Bearing in mind that he doesn't have a job he has just started to make enough money from YouTube to make a living (as he stated in one of his recent podcasts).
I think you may have a chance but you are already years behind the other big directors and your videos need to be better. EDIT: I've also noticed that all you slips are 20 seconds or so from Theatre mode, you need a good quality recorder so you can post full games not just little clips of you getting lucky every now and again.
Good luck tho!!!
