You see how people inject files to Call of Duty World At War ISO and burn the game to a DVD, cant the same be done to Black Ops? When i mean by files i mean the files you mod in order to get the XP hack working.

Oh so you mean like hotswapping right?
No unfortunately this is not possible for black ops
