Hello I Was Just Wondering How I Can Get Another MP DATA As I Accidently Deleted My Old One Whilst Modding

Sounds like your screwed?
Check your recycling bin. Maybe recovering the account off xbl without connecting to live on the account first. Just delete it whilst offline then recover it back. Sounds like it should work though.
