Here's how to do a SnD combat training lobby

1) Go into a private match and create a SnD game with unlimited time and health
choose what ever kill streaks you want for your game

2) Save to your file share

3) switch lobbies to a player match

4) Load your SnD lobby from your fileshare

5) Remove it from your fileshare

6) Re-save it

7) Go into combat training

8) Click switch lobbies and hover over Private match

9) Press b and load your SnD lobby from your file share, When you press load Tap (A) Reaally quickly otherwise it wont work

If it comes up with SnD combat training it's done
just change the map to your liking and enjoy
