Im thinking about getting the X1's. I want to know if there's an advantage with them

yes definetly there is no batteries and they sound great i highly recommend them

I have the x1's and personally I think the wires take the piss. They are a good headset but try thinking about buying one that is Wireless e.g. X31's or x41's. There better all round headsets aswell .

X1s gave me a huge advantage, really recommend them. great product, they wont let you down!

like corrie said, the wires are a pain in the a$$, but they have great surround sound that will give you a real advantage.

they are quality, its funny cause when i am not using them they are always plugged into my usb on my xbox to power them so when i am on mw2, i can hear them on my floor making noises from guns and explosions which my 42inch plasma doesnt even pick up haha

they are a really good headset, no probs with comfort, good audio (360 hearing 8) )
i dont get fussed about the wire, and the price is good too as the normal headsets are £22 anyway, so for £40 theyre a argain for what they are. hope this helps
