I think they should allow the sale of rs accs as long as the have a middle man on trusted sites like powerbot . org or sythe . org, i mean ppl can sell jtags lobbies and patches nad kvs but they can sell rs accs...

yeah but with rs accounts it is possible to recover straight back with runescapes recovery system so it is really easy to scam
