Hey, one time I was boosting and me and my friend kept going into matches straight away and we couldn't invite our other 4 friends. So, I came up with an idea. AND IT WORKED!! This is also an alternative to doing the private match glitch becuase it's now been patched.


Step 1
Go into "System Settings" on the XBox 360 Dashboard.
Change your locale to a country that many people wouldn't be playing in. (For example: Slovakia, Russia, Brazil, Chile etc.

Step 2
Go to Black Ops Multiplayer on XBox Live.
Start a lobby and only have 4 people in it (including you).

Step 3
Make sure search preferences are "LOCALE ONLY".
DO NOT START SEARCHING

Step 4
Go on your computer and go to this website:
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
(or you can download the iPhone app called SpeedTest)

Step 5
Begin the test and find a match at the same time.
Tell your friends in your searching lobby to invite everybody else
(You may need to repeat the speed test)


You should now be in a game with only your friends and you'll be able to boost.

UPDATE: REMEMBER TO CHANGE IT BACK TO YOUR REAL LOCALE OTHERWISE YOU WILL FIND GAMES THAT WILL LAG WHEN PLAYING LEGIT GAMES
