i dont have a multi meter so i cannot figur out wich wire comes from wich pin

Nothing you're talking about makes sense and your terminology, well you're making it very confusing.
You cannot use a flashed drive, makes no sense..You can use usb or lpt, why would you need multi for usb nand flasher?
What are you wanting to know/do?

what xbox mb do you have

you just need to solder the wires from the jtag onto the usb spi flasher you make it seem complicated when its very simple
