I have the video but I decided not to post as it is not even close to helpful, so I'll just explain what it is.
The stairs in the Speed Cola room (the Stakeout stairway, not the one near the MP40) are able to be gotten under.
Basically, how this kid ended up in this glitch, is that he dived from the top of the stairs and evidently landed under the stairs.
If you relevantly understand what I'm saying and would like to give this glitch a try with me, message "ClutchThePistol" for invite.
