Even if this wasn't patched, you'd probably get an insta-ban. Treyarch aren't slackers like infinity ward. They actually care about making cod a fun game for all again. *cough* mw2 *cough*

If that's their intent...they're doing an awful job.
Yesterday, I lagged out of 4 games in a row..and I was on 4 bar.
A guy took a whole clip to his chest from my Famas, and lived.
Two guys came at me, put them both down...into Second Chance that is.
Bleh.
