it wont work because
1. you dont have an older account before patch
2. you do have older account but when you try to do the hack it gives you message saying "use a valid xbox live membership"

this reason because you have earned an avhievement before xbox updated your account on xbox.com soo if you got an achievement before the patch that doesnt match up with your current gamerscore you cannot do the glitch.

i dont think reason # 2 is right bc i was doing it shut my xbox off for 10 min and went back on and got te message
