Yea this didn't turn out anywhere as good as I thought it would due to the inability to print anything on screen in zombies with cfg's and the stupid 1856 bytes limit for zombies. You also have infinite ammo off-host . Anyway here are the controls.
RB - Noclip + following dvars.
Revive_Trigger_Radius 9999
player_deathInvulnerableToMelee 1
player_clipSizeMultiplier 99
player_meleerange 999
perk_weapratemultiplier 0
perk_armorvest 0
perk_weapReloadMultiplier 0
dog_MeleeDamage 1
phys_gravity 9
perk_bulletdamage 100000
perk_weapspreadMultiplier 0
player_sprintUnlimited 1
Down - Scroll through pairs of the following weapons, if it doesn' give them correctly use take all.
Minigun
Thundergun Pack-a-Punched
Freeze gun Pack-a-Punched
Crossbow Pack Pack-a-Punched
Ballistic knife with bowie knife Pack-a-Punched
Defaultweapon
Ak47
M1911 Pack-a-Punched
Ray gun Pack-a-Punched
Left shoulder - Drop your weapon
Dpad right - god
Dpad left - Use this to scroll through the following options, each time you press left it goes to the next one, and if you push down it will activate that one.
Toggle notarget
Toggle g_speed
Toggle r_fullbright (epic on five)
Toggle timescale .1 .3 .5 .8 1 2 5 10 (I just added this in, should work)
Give yourself Quick revive
Give yourself Juggernaut
Give yourself Stopping power
Give yourself Double tap
Give yourself Speed cola
Give yourself Steady aim (win)
Delete all zombies
Take all your weapons
For the perks edit the cfg to replace my gamertag with yours.
Put this in the first box in xero.
And put this in the second box.
There you go leave a comment if you like it, or not. Also thanks to Deany95 for xero.

can u use modio do do it like just replace file then rahahsh and resign then go load up zombies?
