ok, first post.
Im just a regular lurker and have found success using the wonderful mods supplied by the many users here.
However, many people are having mega issues with getting the ability to use their buttons back.
The fix is simple.
Take your profile (I used one from before the patch)
remove the Call of Duty Black Ops GPD
And then you should be fine. The only thing that I found was that I still had the green custom class from the TTGxL96SNIPES GPD
I was worried but I did this and now its all as good as new
In addition to this, could the non-removal of the green custom class mean anything as a means to exploit GPD's further.

Or you can just change your button layout back to whatever it was before the gpd.........

well when the patch came about and i tried to do the private match XP hack, i found that my player wouldnt do anything apart from move. no buttons would work.
so i went into an online game and the same thing happened.
by going into modio and removing the black ops gpd, your problem will be resolved... whos the dumb one now?

all you do is go to stick layout then go left or right on dpad then click tactical or default

or you COULD just change your layouts back, but why do that it takes a whole 30 seconds.

anybody can move simply by changing their button layout.. still doesnt help bypass the patch to enable mods so this post is deemed useless

didnt work for me, i tried everything and was rather worried, had a party of seven others who also couldnt get it changed back.
however, i wouldnt want to be keeping the modded gpd's for now, not until the treyarch nerd rage banhammers stop falling.
well im happy, got a free prestige or 2 out of it.
However, im still skepticle as to how the custom class was still green?
also, looking through the DVAR list there seems to be some intresting commands etc, such as giving the player a premium service (xbox live gold)
and ignore my stupidity on this one (im a little new to modding)
but is it possible to apply commands to the sticks themselves... or the stick buttons?
