I made an accidental discovery about 5 seconds ago. I modded a silver live account accidentally, so I went into split screen to test the GPD mods. They worked. I couldnt find any live trials so I signed off at the multiplayer menu, signed into my gold account, and bam, the FPS was still on my screen. I started a private match, and I still have all the GPD mods.

I dont know if you still run the risk of getting banned, because technically you didnt mod the profile directly. So, if this is a way to infect your main live account with GPD mods and stay under the radar and avoid being banned, enjoy
