treyarch is the better company e.g by listening to the community, patching things etc. But IW make the better games.

infinity ward is way better

It depends on what aspect you are looking at.

Campaign: Treyarch definitely beats Infinity Ward in this aspect.

Multiplayer: It can go either way. Infinity Ward has better multiplayer on there games in my opinion.

Stopping Modders: Neither wins here. Infinity Ward doesn't stop modders and Treyarch stops modders and people who got matched up into modded games. If Treyarch can stop banning innocent people, they will win here.

Consistency: IW games are always good (COD 4, MW2 both game of the year.) Black Ops is Treyarch's only good COD game.

Hardest to Mod: IW wins here. You MUST have a JTAG to mod MW2. In BO you can mod with just a USB.
