Ass_Violator wrote They don't read the rules lol.
They just enforce theirs.
Bad Idea IMO.
And how do you expect us to know who is from Treyarch?
And if TTG finds out that they're on here they have a lawsuit on their hands.

Reputable wrote Why haven't I thought of this before, the only way to keep treyarch out permanently is to have a TOS, a TOS is a terms of service, I believe the forum already has one when you sign up, where you tick the box that you agree to the terms of service, well if we edit the terms of service to say that Employees, Affiliates and anyone involved with Treyarch are not permitted to browse this forum.
This performs as a legally binding barrier that will keep Treyarch out.

Also if approved we need to spread this through the community, including S7 as it will keep them out of all forums.
This is evidence that a terms of service works on all major enterprises.

Terms of service (commonly abbreviated as ToS or TOS)[1] are rules by which one must agree to abide by in order to use a service. Unless in violation of consumer protection laws, such terms are usually legally binding.
why would i want to do that?
Treyarch can troll here all they want if they are even here that is..
we can put in the TOS at sign up we own your soul no one reads that crap and i am not locking the boards to members only because some people do like to read the boards as guests and not post
good idea but it wont work and it wont work for us things always leak in the end

I believe if S7 and other minority sites put it in they wouldn't get leaked as quick.

This is good. But they will enter anyways, and will not listen to these rules. PLUS, how will they find the spies?
