This process is fairly easy and will probably be patched soon so enjoy SnD while it lasts xD

What you need:
A transfer cable/usb drive

and these programs
MODIO
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
GPD
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

FIRST Steps:
1) Plug in your usb/flashdrive into your console. Go to System settings and then MEMORY. Your usb should show up as a unconfigured usb device (unless you already configured it). Configure it.
2) Put your profile(gamertag) onto the usb after it has configured.
3) After that, put your usb into your computer and turn on modio.

SECOND Steps:
1) Go to the top left corner of modio(the M) and click on it and go to Explore My Device.
2) A new window should pop open. In that window open up your drive.
Find your profile.(if its the only file on your usb then just keep clicking on folders that will eventually end with a long file like "E0206056060FFE" or something along those lines.
THAT IS YOUR PROFILE.
Right-click and extract it.(i recommend doing this twice so you have a backup :])
3) Go to the top left corner of modio again(the M) and go to open a file>computer and select one of your profiles.
4) Your profile should open up. Two tabs towards the top of your profile box should say "General file info" and "file contents"
Click on file contents.
5) Find 41560855.gpd in file contents. right click on that file and say replace, and select the gpd you downloaded. give modio a few seconds to finish replacing the file, then go back to General file info and click REHASH AND RESIGN.
6) After you rehash and resign click SAVE TO DEVICE, and save it to your USB.

FINAL Steps
1) Put your USB back into your xbox.
2) DONT SIGN INTO ANY PROFILE OR GT.(STAY OFFLINE)
3) Go to black ops and go to multiplayer, and select XBOX LIVE.
4) It will ask for you to sign in. Choose your modded profile that should be on your usb.
5) ENJOY
