you do not have to move profile back to harddrive this what i do :
When the gpd is on my profile i start up black ops with out the usb in the xbox then when in multiplayer put usb in then sign in then got to playermatch try that

there not much diffrence i thought the speed infection was gone on the 1 im using but didnt other than that just the custom classes and clantag,but i cant seem how to keep the uav if we are host you know how

dude this GPD workds donot upload any vids of it at all though cus thats how this stuff gets patched but it really does work
