Okay i have read the Security Post someone kindly made and they say they will permaban. is it the account from BO server or IP?
Secondly they will report to Microsoft. Console Ban or profile Ban?

well i hosted a gpd xp mod and got a 48 hour ban..... so thats bs.

You will not get console banned for GPD modding, since it is not the actual Xbox Console that is modified. So it will just be an account ban

Pretty much depends on their mood,I guess. I know people who have been console banned for GS mod and some who just got their account banned and some (like me) who just got GS reset...
Probably depends on your ban history as well.

Me too, if i get console banned, im so flucked, my mum wouldnt buy me another anything, cus shes bought me kinect 4 xmas, what a waste if i get Console Banned
