You need to decrypt them to be able to add mods

How would you decrypt them? Is it possible for us to do this? Sorry if the question is stupid as it may to you.

This was just me trying to release the files, someone will be able to decrypt them somewere

If someone decrypts them wouldnt they need to re-crypt (if you can do that) them in the same way they were crypted before or else they would not work ?

The files are encrypted with a private key which only Treyarch and some other people have to my knowledge and to decrypt them all you need is the key inside the default_mp but it wouldn't matter unless we had the private key unless someone could modify the default_mp to read the files decrypted.....
