Steps:
1. You must be a 50 in CT.
2. Have your friend invite you to a Player Match.
3. Once your in your friends game, go to your player card and "Hover" over Prestige Mode.
4. While Hovering over Prestige Mode, have your friend switch the the lobby to Combat Training.
5. Once he switches the lobby, Prestige Mode should be unlocked.
6. Have fun Prestiging in Combat Training.
