so i do all the steps to unban acount but when iget to the part where i sign in to both accounts, they merge into the same account, it tells me i can sign it out and sign it into controller 2, i need help

i even cleared my system cache and was offline it wouldn't let me sign into the accounts

All i did was get a clean gpd. and my "perma-ban" went to a 24 hour ban , so at least i can still play , but ill probably be rank one .... thank god for lobbies ;D

I was hosting instant 15th then i got banned
